We are bringing one of Cuba’s foremost rumberos, Justo Pelladito Hernandez, to Australia to perform and record original rumba arrangements by Gai Bryant with 17 of Australia’s best musicians – giving us all an opportunity to experience rumba from a master percussionist.

It is with great sadness that I share the news that the wonderful composer/arranger Bill Motzing passed away today. For many of Bill’s students and friends he was endlessly encouraging and supportive. Being a gentle and curious soul he taught with kindness, humour and an infinite interest in everything.
