Palacio Outreach is an amazing community music project that offers two workshops and a concert to local musicians, students, teachers and enthusiasts of Latin music. The concert featuring participants and five members of Palacio de la Rumba are at the Nowra School of Arts on June 26 from 7.30pm-9.30pm. Tickets are $25 with support from Create NSW.
