Palacio Outreach is a fantastic community music project that consists of two workshops and a concert with 5 core members of Palacio de la Rumba for local musicians, music students, teachers and enthusiasts who want to learn about latin music. The workshops are FREE thanks to support from Create NSW. They are at WollCon on Aug 12 & 19 from 1.00pm – 3.00pm.
